How To Get Back With Your Ex In A Snap
Relationships…can’t live with ‘em, can’t live without ‘em. And when your ex shows you the door, it just plain stinks. Believe me, I know. I’ve been there. But that was a long time ago. Today, I am happily married for almost 24 years and managed to save a marriage that was almost doomed from the start. How? Well, I’m going to share some things with you that will get you on your way to getting your ex back into your arms before you can say “Bob’s your uncle.” Keep reading to find out how.
The first thing you have to understand, before you can go about getting your ex back, is that you’re going about it all wrong. Oh I know what you’re doing before you even tell me. Like I said, I’ve been there. If you’re like most people, you’re doing one of the following things. These are most common.
Top of the list? Calling your ex constantly and begging them to take you back. And when they refuse, you call them every name under the sun. Look, begging is not an attractive quality, believe it or not. Nobody likes to see anybody beg. And then, when you don’t get your way and resort to name calling, well, that just throws fuel on the fire. So please, stop with the phone calls, stop with the begging and stop with the name calling.
Another big no-no is stalking your ex. Oh come on, you know what I’m talking about. Remember, been there? You park your car outside your ex’s apartment or wherever and hope that they come out just so you can get your chance to do some more begging. This usually happens after they’ve hung up the phone on your after the tenth time you’ve called them. In case you’re not aware of this, stalking is a crime and your ex can actually get you locked up. So don’t do it.
Then of course there’s the real childish thing that we do…saying nasty things about your ex to others. Oh yeah, that’s REALLY going to win them back…not. Look, you’re not going to get your ex to take you back if you start smearing their name all over the planet. So stop posting nasty things on your blog or wherever it is you’re posting them.
